I need professional photos, how does this work?

Let's discuss your needs! Book a consultation with us, or send us an email through any of our social  channels. This will help us get a better understanding of your needs, special requests, and any accommodations you may need to have a fantastic shoot. Studio 5 works on 100% Prepayment unless otherwise noted by the Photographer. You can pay at the time of booking your session. We have multiple forms of accepting  payment via Venmo, CashApp, Paypal, Credit, or Debit Cards. 

What is your most popular package?

Branding Sessions are our most popular option.  In this set you will receive  a selection of high quality web files.   This would include a one hour shoot with Studio 5 and includes 3  looks, and three professionally retouched images. Image processing will be completed 2-3 business days from confirmation of selections by the client.

Does my time to change count against my session?

No, your time to change would not count against your shooting time. Take your time, but also allow for that in your schedule! Enjoy the experience. Most Branding Sessions last for about two hours with outfit changes included.

We will shoot on your choice of paper backdrop due to ease of use for manipulation in promotional materials. Black and other options  are available as well if you prefer! This has served a lot of performers well for that brunch, the karaoke, or that weekly show!

I love my images, but I can only pick three?

Retouching is included in your session fee for three retouched images. Additional retouched images are available for purchase, we know it is hard to pick only three! 

What do I do when I arrive? 

Studio 5 is located in Graffiti Alley behind Motorhouse. Contact us via phone, text, or direct message prior to your arrival. Studio 5 is in a private space  that is not accessible to the public. 

Parking is metered in two locations: 

1918 North Howard Street Baltimore, MD 21218  via QR Code. Code can be scanned upon arrival in the studio.

Save yourself some time and download the Honk Mobile App. This will allow you to enter your payment information for parking ahead of time. 

OR

West 20th Street Baltimore, MD 21218 just outside of the fenced in Parking Lot. You can park here for a lower hourly rate.

We have reached the end of our session. What happens now?

After our shoot you will receive a link to a set of images via your preferred delivery method. Dropbox or Google Drive are the most popular choices. Please comment on the  images you would like to have retouched; if request composites/manipulations pricing starts at 60.00 per image and we will provide the completed work within 2-3 business days. Additional Retouching is accepted on the terms of 100% prepayment. 

If you choose retouching services, images will be processed within 48 hours of "the ones" being selected by you (i.e. you submit your choices, we create the retouching order, work is returned within 48-72 hours of receiving request unless otherwise specified.)
